By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use our services.

To use some features of our platform, you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. The information you provide must be true, accurate and up to date.

You keep every right over the texts, poems, stories and other content you publish on our platform. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute your content inside the platform.

You are solely responsible for what you publish and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights or break applicable law. Content containing hate speech, explicit violence, harassment or illegal material is not allowed.

You agree to use our platform ethically and respectfully. The following are prohibited:

• Publishing offensive, discriminatory or illegal content
• Harassing, intimidating or stalking other users
• Using bots or automated scripts to interact with the platform
• Violating third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempting to access accounts that are not yours

The platform, its visual identity, brand, logo and code are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the platform without express authorisation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

We may close or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you break these Terms. You may close your account at any time in the app settings or by contacting support.

Our service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version is published on this page with its revision date, and continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Strictly prohibited

• Any content that exploits, abuses or endangers children
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, sextortion or any form of solicitation of minors
• Sharing a minor’s personal information with malicious intent
• Any sexually suggestive interaction involving minors
• Links or references to explicit content involving minors

Moderation measures

• Immediate removal of any content identified as CSAE
• Permanent suspension of accounts that break this policy
• Reporting to the competent authorities (NCMEC and Brazilian Federal Police)
• Preservation of evidence for criminal investigation
• Active monitoring of suspicious patterns
